Your crypto clients pay well. Their books eat a week of your team's month.
- Missing basisExchange exports that don't agree, transfers between wallets that look like sales, and lots nobody can trace.
- Junk activitySpam tokens, dust, and airdrops that bury the real transactions and inflate every count.
- No one to hand it toYour staff are accountants, not blockchain analysts, and the client still wants a clean close by the deadline.
- What we doWe take the whole sub-ledger off your desk and send back reviewed workpapers you can post, file, and defend.
Three deliverables in one packet.
A redacted sample for a fictional client, Meridian Labs Inc. The schedules tie to each other: the realized gain in the GL equals the FIFO gain in the tax lot schedule, and the roll-forward agrees to the ledger.
Perfectly balanced debit/credit journal entries mapped directly to your client's NetSuite or QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, complete with external transaction IDs, entity splits, and line memos.
- Mapped to the client's own account numbers
- Subsidiary and department splits for consolidations
- Every line traceable to an on-chain transaction
Granular lot-level disposition records (Form 8949 / Schedule D backup) covering FIFO, LIFO, and HIFO tracking with exact acquisition timestamps and fair-market-value pricing.
- Wallet-by-wallet basis, per Rev. Proc. 2024-28
- Short- or long-term holding period on every lot
- Pricing source logged for every valuation
On-chain proof of balance integrity confirming Beginning Balance + Inflows − Outflows = Ending Balance across all self-custody wallets and exchange accounts.
- Quantities matched to the period-end block
- Exchange balances matched to custodian statements
- Fair values tied to GL ending balances
Nothing leaves until it's reviewed.
A senior accountant checks every packet line by line before it reaches your firm: balances traced on-chain, statements agreed, totals footed, gains tied to the tax lot schedule. Press and hold to run the review on this sample.

Wholesale pricing you can mark up.
You set what your client pays. We charge you a flat wholesale rate, so you know your margin before you quote.
No setup fee and no annual contract. Each client entity is billed month to month. Packets go out unbranded or on your letterhead, so your client deals with you.
Partner Wholesale Pricing
Above 10,000 line items a month, we quote volume pricing on the partner call.
Built by Technical Accounting & Data Operations Specialists
We come from the parts of finance where volume is high and every cent has to tie out. That background fits crypto, where one client can produce thousands of transactions a month across chains, wallets, and exchanges.
Network billing
Usage-based billing and revenue reconciliation at telecom scale.
Data operations
High-volume transaction data, cleaned, classified, and tied out.
Enterprise financial reporting
Month-end close, GL integrity, and audit support.
Complex entity accounting
Multi-subsidiary groups, intercompany, and consolidations.
What partner firms say.
Questions firms ask us first.
Will my client know you exist?
No. Packets go to your firm, unbranded or on your letterhead. You keep the client relationship and the retail price.
Who is responsible for the numbers?
We prepare and review every packet, and your firm reviews and signs off as it would with any staff work. Every figure traces back to an on-chain transaction or a custodian statement, so you can check anything.
What do you need from us to start?
The client's wallet addresses, exchange account exports, and chart of accounts. Send one client's list and we'll quote a pilot month before any work starts.
How is the fee calculated?
$0.50 per transaction line item, with a $999 Monthly Minimum Spend per client entity. You pay whichever is higher, never both. Use the calculator above to see any month.
Which lot method do you use?
Whichever your client has elected. We support FIFO, HIFO, and LIFO, tracked wallet by wallet, and the sample above shows all three side by side.
Test us on your toughest crypto client.
Pick the client whose wallets nobody at your firm wants to touch. We'll close one month for them, and you judge the packet.
Privacy policy
We collect only what you send us: contact details you give when booking a call, and the wallet addresses, exchange exports, and charts of accounts you share for a pilot or engagement. We use this data only to prepare deliverables for your firm. We don't sell or share it, and we delete client data on request or when an engagement ends.
Wallet data sent for a quote is kept confidential and never used for any other client. Questions: hello@lvlup.click.
